LLP "Arlan NefteGaz" was incorporated in the year 2014 as an independent company that engage in oil and gas exploration,
production, refining, exportation, transportation, storage, processing, sales and supply of petroleum and petrochemical products. The company own licenses in geological exploration, exploration and production of hydrocarbons, with main activities at Khvalynskoye oil and gas project located in the northern part of the Caspian Sea, Karazhanbas oil field located in Mangystau Province in Kazakhstan, Uzen Oil field located in Mangystau Province and Borankol Oil Field located in Mangystau Province Kazakhstan.
About the company
The company produces over 20 (including markings) names of commodity petroleum products: liquefied petroleum gases, automotive, diesel fuels, jet engine fuels, vacuum gas oil, heating oil, fuel oil, marine fuel, petroleum cokes, technical sulfur, paraxylene, benzene, etc. Today, the plant is the only manufacturer in Kazakhstan petrochemical products.
The company makes a significant contribution to the economy of Akmola Region, being one of the largest taxpayers in the region.
LLP "Arlan NefteGaz" is one of the leading oil and gas producers in Kazakhstan. in Kazakhstan
and plays an important role in the supply of petroleum products, controlled, founded, and was incorporated in 2014. The capacity of LLP "Arlan NefteGaz" is 11 million tons (80.5 million barrels) of oil per year.
The plant's secondary processing facilities include catalytic cracking, delayed coking, reforming, gasoline and diesel fuel hydrotreatment, and a bitumen unit. Due to a significant share of secondary processes, LLP "Arlan NefteGaz" is distinguished by a relatively high depth of oil refining - over 75.5%. The plant's products are sold on the domestic market and exported to 14 countries around the world.

associated with the development of the plant and the commissioning of new technological facilities, the management of LLP "Arlan NefteGaz" is consistently working to address the issues of social protection of workers and create favorable working conditions for them. To date, the number of employees of the plant is about 300 people. That is why one of the priority areas of the plant's activity is the development and improvement of the level of social and personnel policy.
LLP "Arlan NefteGaz" took 1st place in the nomination "For participation in solving social problems of territories and the development of corporate charity" in the regional stage of the All-Kazakhstann competition "Kazakhstann organization of high social efficiency". The results of the competition prove not for the first time that LLP "Arlan NefteGaz" occupies a worthy place in the labor market in the region.
Given the constant increase in the number of personnel associated with the development of the plant and the commissioning of new technological facilities, the management of LLP "Arlan NefteGaz" is consistently working to address issues of social protection of employees and create favorable working conditions for them.
